Eat
- Eat according to the food pyramid
- Grains should be taken as the major dietary source
- Eat more fruit and vegetables
- Have a moderate amount of meat, fish, egg, milk and their alternatives
- Reduce salt, fat/oil and sugar
- Have 2 servings of fruit and 3 servings of vegetables every day
- Drink 6 to 8 glasses of fluid every day
- Say “No” to alcohol
Play
- Playing can help relieve stress and rest your brain
Sleep
- Have regular and adequate sleep every day (8 to 10 hours)
- Avoid drinks that contain caffeine, such as coffee, tea or cola, because caffeine can disturb your sleep
