Eat

  • Eat according to the food pyramid
    • Grains should be taken as the major dietary source
    • Eat more fruit and vegetables
    • Have a moderate amount of meat, fish, egg, milk and their alternatives
    • Reduce salt, fat/oil and sugar
  • Have 2 servings of fruit and 3 servings of vegetables every day
  • Drink 6 to 8 glasses of fluid every day
  • Say “No” to alcohol

Play

  • Playing can help relieve stress and rest your brain

Sleep

  • Have regular and adequate sleep every day (8 to 10 hours)
  • Avoid drinks that contain caffeine, such as coffee, tea or cola, because caffeine can disturb your sleep
