How to deal with anxiety before result is released?

If DSE candidates have enough information or know that they have choices, they will be less anxious.

Candidates are advised to prepare well by listing out various possible situations with action plans.

Also, remind yourself that “Choices and ways are more than we expect.”

Candidates may receive various information during data collection process. While some are “FACTS”, others may be just “OPINIONS”.

Candidates are advised to keep calm and analyze objectively.

Also, consult teachers, parents or experienced person about their suggestions to clarify the doubts.

Pay more attention to your emotions.

When you notice that you begin to worry, remind yourself that “there is not much that I can change now”, and “extra worries will not help”.

Why not focus more on the here-and-now, plan your daily schedule and do something you enjoy!

Maintaining a healthy lifestyle, such as keeping regular daily routine and sleep schedule, as well as doing regular exercises.

You can also try “Breathing Exercise” and “Muscles Relaxation Exercise” to relieve stress.
