Terms of Reference 1. To advise the Government on the planning and implementation of extending the Health Promoting School model in Hong Kong, China; 2. To advocate and promote the Health Promoting School concept; 3. To strengthen inter-sectoral and multi-sectoral coordination and cooperation; and 4. To facilitate, monitor and review the implementation of the Health Promoting School model.
