Episode 4: Musculoskeletal health

Miss Racoon: We now always have to work with computers for a long time.
As a friendly reminder, we have to take note of the following advice. First of
all, remember to blink and change position regularly. For every 20 to 30
minutes, take a break for 20 to 30 seconds. Moreover, we have to do these
muscle relaxation exercises.

Bon Bonn : Keep your head and neck straight with elbows supported.

Be Bee : Keep palm up and stretch wrist downward.

Cobi : Stretch fingers backwards.

Dum Dumm : Circle Shoulder blades backwards.

Bon Bonn : Tuck chin in.

Be Bee : Stretch neck sideways.

Dum Dumm : Stretch chest wall.

Miss Racoon : Finally, remember to protect our privacy and install internet
security software to filter inappropriate content and websites.
