  • With effect from 21 December 2009, Student Health Service Centres will provide Human Swine Influenza Vaccination service to children between the age of 6 months and less than 6 years. Starting from 14 December , parents/guardians can bring along your children's valid identity document(s) and go to one of the following centres in person for booking (There won't be telephone booking service). Please refer to the Childhood Human Swine Influenza Vaccination Programme for details.
  • Enrollment documents for the school year 2009/10 for joining Student Health Service
  • Kowloon Bay Student Health Service Centre (SHSC) and South Kwai Chung SHSC would resume normal service starting from 8 July 2009 (Wednesday). Students with appointments in Kowloon Bay SHSC may go to the centre at the time and date specified in their appointment letters while students with appointments in South Kwai Chung SHSC may attend the centre at the time and date specified in their appointment letters.
