Student Health Service Online Enrolment Pilot Scheme (E-enrolment)-2024/25 school year

In 2024/25 school year, the Student Health Service are implementing an E-platform in some schools to streamline the application process for parents/guardians so as to ensure a more efficient enrolment experience. Parents/Guardians is required to fill in the application form via the online platform. After verification by school, the student’s online application would be forwarded to us for processing. Respective services of Student Health Service (for primary and secondary students) and School Dental Care Service (for primary students) would arrange annual health assessment and dental care service for the student.
